~Barefoot Massage

I use my feet instead of my hands working deeper into the muscles for myofascial release. I use my over head bars for support while the client lies comfortably on the table.This is an a effective way for me to give continuous deep pressure while working at a depth of pressure that my hands don’t allow.  Hot towels and heat packs are included. Aromatherapy offered upon request with no additional charge.

~Island Getaway (Barefoot Matwork Massage)

The client remains clothed and lies comfortably on a cushion system set up on the floor. I work with my feet around the client either seated or balancing on a strap or with bamboo sticks. I incorporate specific deep pressure followed by jostling to bring movement to larger muscle groups. Get away from the stresses of the real world and enjoy an Island Getaway Massage!

~Chair Massage

This massage is performed in a massage chair and is meant for people in a professional setting such as a corporate event, relieving tension in the environment where the stress begins, in the workplace.  The massage is limited to the upper areas including the head, neck, back hips, shoulders, arms, and hands.

~Prenatal Massage

Using Swedish massage techniques, I work on the mother-to-be in her second and third trimesters avoiding certain areas contraindicated. I use pillows and a body pillow while the client lays comfortably on her side instead of on her stomach. I also use a wedge pillow while she is supine.
